FAQ

ORDERING

✦︎ I can’t make it to the event. Can I still buy the merch?
Yes! You can purchase a half or full bundle listing and have it mailed to you. We can ship internationally to most countries. We cannot ship to the EU and UK due to new tax/customs laws. Otherwise, if your country is not currently supported for shipping in the shop, please contact us to work something out!

✦︎ Can I host a group order for this merch?
Yes. If you are buying multiple bundles (particularly in cases of three or more), please contact us for more accurate postage pricing. We are not responsible for Group Order fulfillment hosted by a third party.

✦︎ Can I exchange/cancel my order?
No. Preorder funds will be used to finance the production of the project. As such, returns and exchanges are not accepted. We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order at any time, for any reason.

✦︎ Can I change my address?
Yes. Please contact us with your new address, and be sure to include your order number.

✦︎ What if I chose pickup for merch, but then need it to be shipped?
We understand that things can happen.  Please contact us to add your shipping method.  If you do not pick up your merch at the event, we will contact you via email and arrange for you to pay the postage cost in order to receive your goods. 

✦︎ Will there be leftover sales?
No. Individual artists may sell their items separately after the event, but we will not re-open for any sales after the preorder is closed.

✦︎ Can I buy merch on the day of the event?
Maybe. We are prioritizing preorders for event merch, but may have a limited number of bundles available for sale on-site.

✦︎ Can minors purchase merch from the shop?

Yes, but only with parental permission. Please note purchases are non-refundable.

TICKETS

✦︎ Do I have to get a ticket to attend the event?
No, but event admission is limited.  To guarantee entry, please pre-register for a free ticket or purchase a paid ticket (basic, premium) through the ticket listing as soon as possible to secure your spot!  Tickets may sell out earlier than the advertised close date.  We may allow free walk-ins on day-of, depending on space availability.

✦︎ Can I change, cancel, or transfer my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to another person until the day before the event.  You can  change your drink selection on premium tickets until March 25th. Please contact us with your request and include your order number.

✦︎ Can I purchase multiple tickets?
Yes. For ease, you can purchase multiple tickets at once for you and your party!  However, please be sure that the person buying whose information is submitted will be present on the day of the event. There are no group discounts available.

✦︎ Are minors allowed to attend?
Yes, but anyone under 18 must register  for tickets together with an adult (18+) who will accompany them to the event. Both parties need to have their own ticket.  Also, please note that due to the nature of Alien Stage, mature subjects and dark themes may be referenced during the event.

SHIPPING

✦︎ When will my order ship?
Orders are expected to ship starting in late April 2025. Please do not order if you are not willing to wait.  Follow our social media fo shipping updates.

✦︎ Did my order ship yet? Will I receive a tracking number?
You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order ships.
Please allow 72 hours for scans to appear. For international orders, many countries continue to track your package once it leaves the United States, while others do not.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE 

✦︎ My order is lost/damaged!
Please report damaged or missing packages as soon as possible. In cases of damaged items, please provide photo proof of the packaging and contents.

While we are not responsible for loss or damages incurred by third party shipping companies such as USPS, we will work with you to find a satisfying solution.
